Jessica graduated from Fresno State in California to receive her Master of Physical Therapy degree as well as her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Her sports injuries as a gymnast and cheerleader led her towards her career in physical therapy. Because of her love for both strength and flexibility, Jessica pursued additional training and achieved certifications in Barbell Rehab and Yoga. She has diverse experience in helping both athletes and patients with chronic pain to ease their pain and improve their strength, allowing them to get back to the activities that they enjoy. Jessica’s treatment philosophy incorporates a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and education into each treatment session to help her patients thrive during recovery.
Jessica lives in Redmond with her husband, Keiji, and their standard poodle, Frank. When not working, they can be found spending time outdoors on hiking trails, paddle boarding, camping, or checking out the local food carts.
